The Town of Alma, Colorado is currently seeking a new Town Administrator to lead the highest incorporated town in North America into the future. Be a part of a caring, civic-minded, and friendly community nestled high in the Rocky Mountains.

The Town is searching for a professional leader who is honest, friendly, dedicated, flexible, and an active listener. The leader will demonstrate skills in effective decision making, team building, human resources, as well as executive analysis and reporting. Town of Alma will support an Administrator who strives to represent Alma with integrity, accountability, and empathy.

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. Full benefits including healthcare plan, retirement plan, and life insurance are included. 80 hours of Paid Time Off, plus all national holidays.
